DIY stalls in Delhi NCR are hosted make-and-take counters for weddings, birthdays, school functions, exhibitions and corporate family days. Delhi Event Management sends a host, a prepared material kit and a table plan so guests finish a small piece instead of only watching a show. Each stall below has its own page with setup, age band, timing and booking notes.
A DIY stall is different from a decoration kit you open at home, and different from a performer who works the entrance. The guest is the maker. The host keeps the queue fair, handles any step that involves heat, resin, dye or a finishing knot, and packs the table down so the venue is not left with glitter in the dance area. That is the service people are booking when they search for a DIY stall in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida.

Where these stalls are booked
Hosts book DIY stalls for home parties in Uttam Nagar, Janakpuri and Rohini, farmhouse mehendis in Chattarpur, hotel sangeets in Aerocity and Gurugram, society carnivals in Dwarka and Noida, school activity hours, and office family days in Cyber City, Sector 18 and Faridabad. The activity stays the same. The table count, shade, power and queue design change with the room.
Tell us the date, pin, ages, hours and whether the floor is carpet, marble or lawn. We will say which stalls are realistic in that room. Tie dye and slime need a washable or outdoor bay. Resin and candles need a calmer adult corner. Keychains and bracelets clear a queue faster when you are feeding a large carnival lane. Pottery, frames and terrariums need flat carrying space at the end of the night.
How a booking works
Share the event type, start time, and whether you want one host or a two-table rotation. We check host availability and material stock, then send a quote that includes travel inside Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. You arrange venue permission and a setup window. We arrive with samples, trays and a close-down plan. If you want a logo or a name on the takeaway, send the spelling early.
Call 9928686346 or 9413174160, or WhatsApp the same first number. If you are also booking folk dancers, carnival artists or a kulhad cycle chai counter, mention that in the same message so the DIY stall is not placed on top of the performance lane.
Each stall page on this list is written as a full booking note: what guests make, how long a turn takes, what can go wrong on a carpet, and how Delhi NCR venues usually place the table. Read the stall you want, then send the date. We confirm availability rather than promising every design on every Saturday in wedding season.
